LB Fee Return & Refund Policy

This Refund & Fee Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, refunds, fee transfers, and related matters for all courses offered by Lil-Brahmas.

By enrolling in our courses and making payment, parents/students agree to the following terms.

1. Excess Fee Paid

If the Course Fee paid exceeds the actual payable amount:

  • The excess amount shall be:

    • Adjusted against future dues (if applicable), OR
    • Refunded within 15 days from the date of payment or from the date of written refund request — whichever is later.

Refunds will be processed only through original payment mode or approved banking channels.

2. Fee Paid – Classes Yet to Commence

If the Course Fee has been paid and classes have not yet commenced:

  • Refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the Organization, based on internal evaluation and administrative considerations.
  • A deduction of ₹1000 will be applied towards administrative and processing charges.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via registered email.

The Organization reserves the right to approve or reject such refund requests after review.

3. Fee Paid – Ongoing Classes

Once classes have commenced as per the scheduled batch date:

  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • This applies irrespective of:

    • Student absenteeism
    • Change of mind
    • Academic pressure
    • Relocation
    • Personal reasons

Course seats are reserved and faculty schedules are allocated in advance; hence fees become non-refundable upon commencement.

4. Registration/Admission Fee

  • The Registration/Admission Fee is collected towards administrative processing, student profiling, batch allocation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Registration/Admission Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Transfer of Fee

  • Transfer of course fee to another student during the course period is not permitted.
  • Any exception, if considered, shall be entirely at the sole discretion of the Organization after evaluating relevant factors.
  • The Organization’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will not be made in cash under any circumstances.
  • Refunds will be processed only through:

    • Original payment method, OR
    • Bank transfer to the registered parent/guardian account.

Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.

7. Discretionary Authority

All refunds, adjustments, and transfers are subject to:

  • Internal policies
  • Batch allocation constraints
  • Administrative expenses
  • Course scheduling commitments

The decision of Lil-Brahmas management shall be final in all matters related to fees and refunds.

8. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any course offered by Lil-Brahmas, parents/students acknowledge that:

  • They have read and understood this Refund & Fee Policy.
  • They agree to abide by the stated terms and conditions.
